About SASCO Steel

SASCO possess industry leading equipment, processes and accreditations which enables us to efficiently produce high-quality custom products for our customers. Our capabilities include; prototyping, metal forming, TiG & MiG welding, metal fabrication, metal finishing, assembly and testing.

At SASCO, we provide manual MiG and TiG welding services for complete welded assemblies of various sizes. We have a highly skilled welding team who produce high quality ferrous and non-ferrous materials for a range of different industries and applications at varying complexity levels. We pride ourselves on working with our customers to understand their needs, whether that's a high quality, premium finish or functional reliable welding service; we have the welding skills and knowledge in-house to deliver exactly what you require. Our modern and well-equipped factory includes a state-of-the-art robotic arm that can be programmed to complete our customers' welding requirements. The robot welding process enables us to produce more consistent and repeatable welds in a shorter time frame.

Metal forming is one of our core skills. Our skilled fabricators can work with all materials including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum. We have invested in the market leading metal forming machinery which enables us to provide quick and precise metal cutting, punching and bending.
