The Maintenance Division is specialized in maintenance of all building services including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing Equipment and System. The infrastructure includes a large pool of skilled manpower resources, a fleet of vehicles for 24/7 response, latest calibrated testing and balancing instruments etc.

This division undertakes Annual Maintenance Contracts(AMC) and other related services.
